From visiting the showroom and ordering the building the complete process was very easy. The building was ready and delivered on the exact date suggested at initial viewing. The product is great and the finish is excellent. Totally recommend this company.

My garden room was installed by Future Rooms just before Christmas and I was impressed by every member of the team from the installation team, to the plasterer, to the electrician and the painter. They were all polite, friendly and most importantly, excellent at their jobs! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Future Rooms to anyone who would like a fantastic workspace, with minimal disruption.

Having a garden room built requires a lot of research and visits to suppliers to understand their products and the service they offer. It’s a big investment and as a customer there is a need to get it right first time.
You know they have got it spot on when you place an order for a second garden room.
Future Rooms employ skilled, efficient and courteous people to deliver on time, cost and quality.

Bought a shell kit from Future Sips. Just wanted to thank you and your team. Great customer service and I'll definitely be using you guys again. The driver was a really nice guy and very helpful. The build went really well and the customer was really happy.

Absolutely LOVE my Future Rooms garden room! I'm using mine as a Podiatry clinic and I love walking our of my home each morning to go and sit in such a warm, peaceful room. The patient's really seem to enjoy it too so it's already earning it's money back! Quality of materials and finish is top notch and throughout every stage the team have been exceptionally helpful, courteous and a pleasure to have around. I would recommend 100% :) Feb 2020.

First class service from start to finish from the team. Great communication throughout the process to provide and confirm plans. The team even checked the gym equipment that I had bought for the room and modified the design to increase the height! I wouldn't have spotted that myself! The payment plan and deposit insurance made me feel totally confident all the way through. At the last minute (on a Friday when the team were due on Monday morning) the access to my garden was changed by some roadworks on my street. To accommodate this they delivered the panels on the Sunday which was incredible. The room was done in less than a week. Meticulously planned and all ran to schedule. The people who did the fittings were lovely and friendly. They worked really hard and left everything immaculate. Highly recommended and faultless service. Thanks everyone. I'm delighted.

Used futuresips to purchase the kit and then do self build.
- Door delivered with a dent on the edge of the frame where they’d overtightened the straps on the delivery lorry. See picture. Chased multiple times for them to come and fix. Earliest they could send their fitter was 1 month after initial delivery. Went ahead and installed the door with the dent as could no longer leave the half built room exposed to the elements.
- Failed to deliver a wall plate (brace that runs along the top of the front wall), which meant I couldn’t get the roof on. Phoned up and stressed the urgency that they deliver it. They told me they would order one from Jewsons for me to collect, which is 2 miles from my house. I confirmed I do not have a lorry to get a 5m length of timber home. They said they would see if Jewsons could deliver and would call me back. They didn’t call back, so I was left to walk to a timber merchant 1 mile from my house and carry the length back. Sent them the receipt for reimbursement, nearly 3 weeks later and still no funds, despite chasing three times. In a ranty response the owner made it clear he expected me to walk 2 miles to go and pick up the piece from Jewsons!
- Cladding delivered with many boards split. Owner’s response was that I had purchased an extra 10% so would have had enough to complete the job. This is correct, but the extra 10% should be to cover off offcuts, not pay him for unusable and poor product.
- After having finished I noticed the left over boards had a word worm infection. I sincerely hope the ones I have fitted do not. See picture.
To top this this all off, in a complaint, where asking for the door to be fixed sooner than a month after initial delivery, I offered the owner an option of avoiding a negative review by getting a fitter out to fix the frame sooner. Given the current economic environment I really did want to avoid leaving this negative review. His response was quite frankly, shocking. He threatened to take legal action against me for ‘blackmail’.
It did make me chuckle to read his response to another one of these reviews where he stated it was ‘the first time he has had to ask someone to leave’. He also told me ‘it was the first time he had had to threaten legal action against a customer’. Imagine if all customers who dare to complain and leave poor reviews were sued by businesses owners!
Poor product, and even worse customer service. Whether building yourself or having fully fitted, go somewhere else.

SHOCKING, AVOID!!!
I would like to share my review as I don't others to be receive service we received from Future Rooms.
I wouldn't trust them to work on my project and I will explain why.
Communication via email was good until we decided to visit their show site as we had some questions regarding materials Future Rooms use as some companies use different types of frames, foundations etc.
When we arrived to speak in person we were shocked by the customer service we received.
The man turned his back on us and refused to talk until me buy the house from him.
The man had absolutely no respect that his customers drove 1.5 hour to meet him, I can only imagine what his 'aftersale' support is!
Very disappointed and glad we won't be having business with them.
Not truthful response from the owner - he didn't have to ask us to leave. He just turned his back and refused to talk when asked about wall thickness. He said he wouldn't give any information until we purchase the building. It is obvious he didn't want to waste his Saturday time. Telling lies in addition to terrible manners this is the way to describe this customer service. It felt like the business is going downhill and not going to last long. No trust in such company.
Thank you for reading this review, I hope it will help someone to make a right decision - AVOID.

Having seen the build process and workshop where these ‘rooms’ are built I was unimpressed by the lack of skill by the contractor and the shoddy cheap materials used. The owner of the builder doesn’t pay his staff and challenges the invoices of honest hardworking contractors at his dispense. Avoid this business at all costs.

We had a garden room/home office built by Future Rooms in the summer of 2016. Everything was done very efficiently - the build started on Thursday and by the end of day one the roof was on and windows and doors in and the room was watertight. The cladding was finished on day 2 and plastering took the morning of day 3. There was then two days for the plaster to dry out (helped by hot weather) and on day 6 the room was decorated and the electricians installed and fitted all the electrics. Everything ran very smoothly during the build and the end product is exactly what we wanted - an extra room added to our house in just one week - I would recommend them.
